3) We send our best and sincere wishes to our customers during important holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year;
Secondly, we strictly control product quality before shipment, pay attention to product quality, the consistency of product specifications, quantities, and accessories, try to avoid sending defective items as much as possible. High quality product quality is a prerequisite for maintaining customers.
Thirdly, after placing an order, we will promptly inform our customer of the expected delivery and receipt time, promptly ship the goods, and proactively shorten the customer’s waiting time; The packaging of international logistics does not necessarily need to be aesthetically pleasing, but it must be secure, and packaging has always been an important reason for buyers to complain. For fragile items with a large quantity and amount, photos or videos of the packaging and shipping process will be taken.
For the Fourth, after each shipment delivered, we will prepare full set of clearance documents, track the shipping and keep our customers updated. When shipment arrive to the destination, we will notice our customer to receive goods in time and send original documents or telex release for custom clearance.
In case there is any problem, we always follow these principles:
1.Contact with customer promptly by telephone, email and message;
2.The promised after-sales service must be fulfilled;
3.When disputes arise, actively and promptly communicate and strive to eliminate misunderstandings, provide satisfactory solutions to customer;
4.Provide timely explanations for negative evaluations. If a customer gives a negative review, the first step is to objectively respond to the customer’s criticism. If it is true that we have not done well enough, we will humbly accept it and then correct any deficiencies.
